Note: Where the parties agree and payment is made by either party on behalf of both, such payment arrangements can be incorporated as part of the Mediated Settlement Agreement upon request. Scheduling fees are applied to the total mediation cost. The remaining balance of the total fee is due by cash or check on the scheduled mediation date.
Cancellation
If mediation is canceled or rescheduled 4 or fewer business days before the mediation date, a $200 cancellation fee is due from the party or parties canceling or rescheduling the mediation. If cancellation is made on the actual mediation date, the full mediation fee is due from both parties.
